How does surprise travel work?
Short answer: as soon as you can. The longer we have to research & plan, the better deals & hotels we can get for you. Longer answer:
Vacations with flights: at least 1.5 months
Road Trips: at least 1 month
How soon should I book?
Two weeks prior to your trip, you’ll get an email. In it you will see the weather forecast for your destination, what to pack & when to be at the airport (if that applies).

What’s included?
Yes! In addition to US passport holders flying from the US, we are now accepting clients from Canadian hubs carrying Canadian passports!
I live outside of the US. Can you plan a trip for me?
Sadly no. That would ruin the surprise! You can always enter your frequent flier number after you fly to earn those miles.
Can you use my frequent flier number?
Yes! When you purchase travel insurance through our partner, Allianz, you will receive the benefit of having someone to call anytime you might need some help. Whisked Away also confirms flights and accommodations the day prior to your departure, so you'll be all set to sit back and enjoy.
Do you have 24/7 customer assistance while I’m traveling?
Whisked Away has been planning travel for over 20 years. As each trip is specific to the traveler, 10+ hours is spent on the research, booking & planning of each trip. This is not your automated, one-size-fits-all type of travel.
What is the fee?
Road Trips: Whisked Away charges $750 to book & plan your perfect road trip. This comes out of your total budget, it is not added on.
Trips with Flights: Whisked Away charges $1000 to book & plan your perfect trip with flights. This comes out of your total budget, it is not added on.
Trips with 2 Destinations: An extra fee of $250 will be added to the above fees for trips with more than one surprise destination.
